Over Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th September 2017, the team at Proekspert will share the story of their organisational transformation during interactive learning and facilitated reflective sessions. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to:
- learn about Proekspert’s uniquely employee-centric organisation and culture, and how it was shaped;
- help staff at Proekspert to identify and reflect on the opportunities and challenges that their organisational transformation has presented;
- share your own organisation’s experiences, achievements and challenges in this area with other participants;
- identify new techniques to encourage employee-driven innovation back in your own organisation.
