This event is organised under the SEISMEC project.

Please note: starting time is 10 am BST and 11 am CET.

Organized under the SEISMEC project (funded through Horizon Europe, Grant Agreement No. 101135884), the workshop is dedicated to exploring the benefits as well as challenges of the workers participation in technology design and implementation in all types of organisations while also providing participants with agile guidelines and real-world case studies.

Key topics of discussion will include:

  • Human-centric approach to technology design and implementation
  • What is worker participation in technology design and implementation and why does it matter
  • What are the challenges and as well as possible solutions for workers participation
  • Agile guidelines for workers participation – a SEISMEC tool to help organisations efficiently involve their workers in technology design and implementation 
  • Real-world examples of companies applying the provided guidelines

This workshop is also an exciting opportunity to co-develop solutions for workers’ participation and share your perspective on human-centricity.
