Microsoft Teams and Data Processing

We utilise Microsoft Teams as our primary collaboration and communication platform. When you interact with our organisation through Teams (e.g., in meetings, chats, or shared files), we may process personal data such as your name, contact information, user ID, and the content of your communications and shared files.

The data collected is used for the purposes of facilitating communication, managing projects, internal administration, security, and improving our services. Data may be stored within the Microsoft 365 environment, subject to our internal data retention policies and Microsoft’s security measures.

Transcripts

Webinar transcripts are automatically created by Microsoft Teams and processed according to the Microsoft Privacy Statement (above). On occasions we will use the transcripts to create summaries of each event, which we will share with those that signed up for the webinars, with the webinar participants, and we will also make them publicly available on our own website as well as other partner websites.

Our webinars are recorded and made publicly available afterwards as recordings. By joining our live sessions you are giving your consent to take part in a recorded event, which will be made publicly available afterwards. A notification of the event being recorded is also displayed at the beginning of each meeting.

• Retention Of Your Information: We will retain your personal information as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy.
