An interactive, company-led roundtable in which change leaders and experts explore:

  • what human-centricity means in practice.
  • practical challenges and opportunities associated with workplace innovation;
  • potential solutions to common problems;

Join change leaders from diverse companies as they share experiences of workplace innovation in practice, discuss ‘what works’, and consult experts on tricky and persistent problems.

This free-of-charge Roundtable, held in association with the Bridges 5.0 Final Conference on the following day, offers an ideal opportunity to learn from success, share problems and discover EUWIN’s new Workplace Innovation Community of Practice.

Its remit is to promote workplace practices that lead to simultaneous improvements in organisational performance and quality of working life for employees. First established by the European Commission in 2013, EUWIN is now funded and managed by a network of international partners.
